Truly a gift from the heart -- a hand-painted portrait of a beloved animal companion! I would love to paint a keepsake portrait of your special dog, cat, horse, cow, goat, bird, or reptile. All I need to get started are good, clear photos (to use as reference) which will be returned with your completed portrait. Each painting begins with a pencil sketch on fine watercolor paper, or on canvas for oils. I then apply many layers of color until I'm satisfied that I've captured your pet's unique personality. In addition, with each portrait commission, I will donate a percentage to the animal rescue group of your choice. Gift certificates are available in both paper and email versions.
